What we collect
When you request a paving quote, we collect the contact details, location, project information and optional photographs you submit.
How we use it
We use the information to assess your enquiry, contact you, maintain a private lead record and, where appropriate, share the relevant project details with a selected local tradesperson so they can consider a quote or site visit.
Storage and access
Lead details are held in a private GoKati-owned register. Submitted photographs are stored privately and are not published. Access is limited to Andre and people who need the information to assess or deliver the requested work.
Retention and choices
The initial retention period is up to 365 days unless the information must be kept longer for an active job, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution reason. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by replying to a message you receive about your enquiry.
Marketing
A service enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing consent will be requested separately.
